"Not much to choose from"
I really wanted to like Themuseedition, but the selection felt limited. I spent a while clicking around, waiting for pages to load and hoping I’d find more styles, but it was mostly the same kind of stuff over and over. There were a few nice pieces, just not enough options for me to get excited about. I think it would be a lot better if they added more variety.

I followed the care tag exactly, and the dress still shrank a lot. It’s frustrating, especially when the care terms or instructions seem to change depending on where you look. I bought it expecting the care label to actually mean something, but it didn’t help at all.

"Returns felt impossible"
I tried to make a return and it felt way harder than it needed to be. I kept getting sent from one person to another, and nobody seemed to know what to do or take ownership of it. After a while, I just felt like I was being passed around instead of actually helped. Frustrating experience overall.

I ended up backing out because the payment page just didn’t feel secure enough to me (maybe I’m being cautious, but still). I didn’t feel comfortable putting my card info in there.

I tried using the promo code at checkout, but it just wouldn’t go through. Maybe I missed something or entered it wrong, but I’m sure I followed the instructions. I reached out to support hoping they could help, but I never really got a useful response.

I tried browsing themuseedition and, it looks decent at first, but using it was kind of clunky. The pages took a little while to load and the menu on my phone wasn’t super clear, also, some of the links were weirdly hard to tap. I kept clicking around and then suddenly forgetting where I even was on the site. It’s not terrible or anything, just feels like it needs to be smoother and easier to navigate

I spent some time browsing themuseedition.com, and my main takeaway was that the material details felt thin. Maybe I’m just particular about this, but when something is priced a bit higher, I like to know what the fabric is, whether it’s lined, and where it’s made. Without that info, it was hard for me to judge the quality or feel confident about buying anything.

"Pretty frustrating ordering experience"
I ordered from Themuseedition the tracking was useless. It just kind of sat there with no real updates, so I had no clue where my package actually was. I reached out to support too, but they weren’t much help. Annoying overall, and I don’t think I’d order from them again

I was excited after browsing themuseedition.com, but once I had it in hand, I kind of felt like I’d paid more than it really delivered. It’s not terrible, and maybe someone else would feel differently, but for the price, I was expecting a little more. I probably wouldn’t order again unless the pricing came down quite a bit.

"Customer service was disappointing"
I was have a rough time with customer service. The replies came really slow, and when they finally respond, it feel like they barely even read what I sent.
I had to keep chasing them more than once, and even after all that, I still didn’t really got a clear fix. It just was not a good experience for me at all.

"Wish there were more ways to pay"
I tried ordering from Themuseedition, but the payment step ended up being kind of frustrating. There didn’t seem to be many options, and my card was declined twice without any clear explanation, which was annoying, though to be fair, maybe it was just a temporary issue.
I was really hoping to see PayPal or some other quick checkout option, but I couldn’t find one. It made the whole process feel a bit inconvenient, so I ended up giving up before finishing the order

"Way Too Tight and Not Like the Photos"
I was really disappointed with this. It was way too tight and didn’t fit anything like it looked in the photos. When I tried to bring it up, I felt kind of talked down to, like I just didn’t understand the sizing or something. Not a great experience overall.

"Hidden fees were exactly what I was worried about"
I ordered from themuseedition.com and the item itself was actually nice, so no complaints there. But then after it shipped, I got hit with import duties and taxes, which just confirmed my gut feeling that the final price wasn’t going to be as straightforward as it looked at checkout. Maybe it was mentioned somewhere, but it definitely didn’t feel clear to me, and the total ended up being way higher than I expected. Frustrating. I probably wouldn’t order again unless they show all those fees upfront.

"Wish the sustainability details were clearer"
I was expecting a bit more here. I tried to find clear info on where things are made, how the fabrics are sourced, and what they’re doing about waste, but it all felt vague. Maybe I missed it, haha, but it wasn’t easy to find and that makes it harder to trust.
For a brand selling online, I feel like sustainability info should be right there and easy to understand, not something you have to dig around for. I probably wouldn’t buy again unless they’re more upfront about it

"Print was fine, but the packaging was a letdown"
I ordered a small print and, honestly... the box showed up crushed on one side. The print itself was okay, thankfully, but the packaging felt kind of cheap for what I paid. It wasn’t the worst experience or anything, just... a bit disappointing...

I wasn’t a fan of themuseedition. The whole site feels kind of cluttered and outdated, and it took way more effort than it should’ve just to find basic things. I kept having to click around, and the fonts and spacing felt inconsistent, which made it even more annoying to use. The content might be okay, but the design made me give up quickly

I was going to place an order, but after reading a bunch of mixed reviews, I just didn’t feel comfortable enough to go through with it. Maybe some people have had a fine experience, but the site itself didn’t really give me much confidence, and I’d rather be cautious than regret it later. For now, I’m avoiding it.

"I do like some of the pieces on..."
I do like some of the pieces on themuseedition.com, and the site has a nice vibe, but the stock situation is REALLY frustrating. A bunch of the items I actually wanted were already sold out, and I couldn’t tell if they were coming back or just gone for good.
I checked again a few days later hoping maybe something changed, but nope, same problem. It’s a nice-looking store, but if most of the cute stuff isn’t available, what’s the point? Giving it 2 stars for now.
